They're willing to work with every customer to bring a great deal to the table. Our car had an unexpected battery issue (it was, also, that year's first cold snap, btw) and, instead of sending us on our way, the sales & service department instantly put us in a clean car. And lowered the sales price.
This is the worst dealership I’ve ever done business with. Seemed great until our car was delivered after we’d signed the papers. One lie after the other from the salesman. Lots of promises that was never kept after the papers were signed. If you don’t believe me feel free to experience it for yourself! You will regret it. I hate a Kia and I hate this lousy dealership.
They were (and still are) often available to accept phone calls or quick with their response time. Their friendly, knowledgeable, & eager to please staff stays up-to-date on current market value, make and model features, enhancement plans, & expert customer service skills. They are lively, no nonsense employees, devoid of any desperate marketing ploys, and create a professional quality environment. This, along with their easily accessible location, makes them a popular destination for students, younger couples, and the discerning working class buyer.
Financing is available, thus it's affordable for those starting over or just starting out. Very positive experience!
Very friendly staff! They do everything then can to get you in your favorite car. Also, they were so nice with my kids and helped keep them entertained as it can be a lengthy process buying a car.
Not a high class company at all. Will let you drive 2 hours to see a WRECKED car. Stay away...not worth it at all. If the price is too good to be true, there is a reason.
