Worst customer service! I was told that they help design kitchen cabinent layouts, and instead of being helpful, the woman was rude, condescending, and insinuated that I was young and dumb. I was trying to spend a boatload of cash in this store, and she treated me like a child. Took my business to Lowe's, where not only was I helped with the layout, but also treated like a human being.
This is a fun place to spend a couple of hours browsing through cool, unexpected items, as well as typical hardware stuff. I especially like their toy section and have found great buys on Radio Flyer toys among others. My favorite find is an old fashioned wooden ice cream maker. I find the customer service to be helpful and attentive.
