We were the only ones there. So we ordered some bread sticks, about 30 minutes later i asked about them. I could see in the kitchen that they had not even started them. No big deal but no one says anything to me. I go ask for my money back and still silence. No apology or anything. I understand mistakes but zero customer service.
Made the night so much better.
Need to upgrade and remodel way to expensive for what you get in food quality and choices.
If you have children then it's a great place to spend some time together. If your looking for inexpensive then this is not the place a pizza, 3 drinks, 2 salads and 30 tokens was almost $60.00. Be sure to check online for coupons before you go.
It's always a great time at a Chuck E. Cheese. However, the staff were all very young and weren't exactly very nice or caring about providing good customer service. There was also quite a few machines out of order or not working properly.
The manager Friday night, the,29th was absolutely wonderful. So nice and helpful.
