This is the best school
Guidance conseler at this school is a great person. But i am having more and more trouble concerning the teachers and thier conduct towards my child and others. I have personally witnessed crued behaviour toward my child and when teacher was confronted i got what most would consider excuses for the behavior. Haven't had any other problems from that specific teacher. But now i have had another issue. Before thanksgiving break my child had stomach issue's and asked to stay home, she had no fever so i made her go and assured her that if she had tummy problems she would surely be able to use restrooms. She told me that the teachers where very strict about using restroom between classes. I told her if she needed to go really really badly they would surely let her and if they had any doubts about her situation to ask them to call me to verify. I really didn't see it coming to that though. Not only did she say she explained this to her teacher but she told me she was called out of class room and told to stop lying threw her teeth! And she was told she would be assigned detention for being disrupful in class. I am keeping a detailed account of problems on both children and staff of this school. At that alone should not have to happen in our beautiful little community! And i will continue to search and hope and praise the teachers and staff that deserve it! Like Mrs. Bowser....who went above and behond her job in making me and my child feel comfortable and cared for without steping on anyones toes or putting blame on anyone, she is a great example of what we need in our schools. She knows her job and she does it well.
